Dearest dancers,

It is with a heavy heart that I, Tessa, cancel this month's Forte Friday. I feel responsible for helping to keep the spread of this horrid flu to a minimum, and not hosting a public gathering is one way I can help do that. I'll be posting some fun tidbits on how to make yourselves better dancers on Facebook tomorrow instead! Please keep dancing, but in your living rooms and showers. We'll hope to see you in April!!

NEW WCS Thursday night workshops and Dance!

Ballroom in Boston (BIB) in Watertown is starting a Thursday night WCS dance! And they’ve chosen to bring in Forte owner Tessa Antolini and fellow All Star Lindsay Mistretta to teach their workshops!! Tessa and Lindsay (who are deeply committed to teaching the how’s and why’s of WCS, not just the “what”, aka patterns) will be tag-team-teaching the intermediate workshop from 8:15-9:15 (trading off every other week), and playing the music for the social dancing from 9:15-11 or later. For those who have less experience, there will always be a beginner WCS workshop happening simultaneously and taught by BIB staff.
