Tessa Antolini places 6th in The Open Swing Dance Championships All-Star Jack & Jill!

Big congratulations to Forte Dance owner Tessa Antolini, who made it through two preliminary rounds to reach the All-Star finals at the prestigious Open Swing Dance Championships in Burbank, California the week of Thanksgiving 2017. In the final of 10 couples, Tessa drew French champion and creator of the International West Coast Swing Flash Mob Olivier Massart. This was a true "jack & Jill": the two had never danced together before! They were the first couple to perform in the spot-light formatted final, and out of two options, chose for music "slow blues". Their subtle performance earned them a sixth place finish. With this accomplishment, Tessa is now the highest ranking female WCS All-Star on the East Coast, north of New Jersey. Way to go Tessa!
